Returns exchanges
Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
We take pride in the quality of the products we sell and if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept notified exchanges or a credit note request for goods in original condition within 365 days of purchase. Please be advised that we will exchange it, issue a credit note or a gift certificate but no refunds.
If the new espadrilles are more expensive than the originally purchased model, the difference will be charged to your credit card after notification.
Please follow these easy steps to make the return:
