We want you to love your Diegos handmade Spanish products as much as we do!
If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you can request a return using our Return Form (PDF).

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
To be eligible, items must be in new, unworn condition and free of damage.

You’ll have the following options:

• Exchange for another size or item

• Store credit (coupon) to be used at diegos.com

• Refund

Please note:

• Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Purchases must be made directly from diegos.com to qualify for return.

• Original shipping fees (including expedited shipping) are non-refundable.

• If your purchase was made through another retailer, please contact them directly.

• Refunds are subject to a $15 restocking fee.
